1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the equipment rental services of Best Hire Transport and Gen. Contracting, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Equipment Rental

All equipment is rented on an "as-is" basis and is subject to availability.
Rental rates, duration, and terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
The renter is responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment during the rental period.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received, normal wear and tear excepted.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement of rental terms and receipt of any required deposits.
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to commencement of the rental period.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges as agreed in the rental contract.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period and the specific rental agreement. Please contact us directly to discuss cancellation terms for your booking.

5. Liability & Damage

The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to or loss of the rented equipment during the rental period.
Best Hire Transport and Gen. Contracting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment.
The renter must report any damage, malfunction, or accident involving the equipment immediately.

6. Safety & Operation

All equipment must be operated by qualified and licensed personnel only.
The renter is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations and laws in the UAE.
Equipment must not be used beyond its specified capacity or for purposes other than those intended.

7. Insurance

The renter is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for the rented equipment during the rental period, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Best Hire Transport and Gen. Contracting.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Best Hire Transport and Gen. Contracting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
